If you've already got one, don't bother getting the other. It's something like "taunts nearby enemies" vs. "defense debuff that doesn't work on world bosses".
I guess the taunt might be useful if it works in Shadowland, but still, either way definitely NOT worth double-dipping for.

Neither effect will make any difference in WB or AB. The defense debuff doesn't work on beasts or world bosses, and "taunts nearby enemies" is pretty much a waste of time if you're not in a Rumble floor or something.
