A tes image itself is not unecessary, you get 250 of them.
But after that, if there isn't something that needs to be continued that's being held back due to not being able to post an image, then new images become unnecessary.
No images thus far have been even slightly necessary for any tes purpose.

A thread in which you can't post images is just not fully functional. Believe it or not, sometimes conversations prompt a need to post images. If, for example, you're having an oh-so-important, image-"spam"-free "lore" discussion, and geography comes up, wouldn't it be nice to be able to post a map? You see, there's no reason to stay in the thread with gimped features. Making a new thread is 100% harmless. It's an image board, it's supposed to be a place to post images. Don't like it? Tough titties, your opinion doesn't matter.
