There would be nothing wrong with having a little demo run.

Single sunday event, some rallycross and track race on blackwood, choice between XR and XF (as far as i remember, those cars were very similar in terms of performance, and both FWD and RWD can be useful in rallycross when used right). Anyone could download free demo, anyone could run it. Cars are slow and noob-friendly, only real issue may be hosting (and, of course, convincing everyone for such an enormous commitment which is downloading the demo).

should I buy a used g25 for cheap (150 inc post), spend a bit extra for used g27 (220~ inc post), or buy a new g29 for way more then others at 430 inc post?

I'm more worried buying the used ones incase something is fucked on them. and if the g29 is better sim setup I'd probably just buy that

I could also get (on bid atm) Thrustmaster T300 & T3PA Pro Pedal for around price of the g29 setup but doesn't have a shifter, and the shifter costs about 200 extra for t3ha one (or g29 shifter for 90 though don't know if they work with the thrustmaster)

just make sure you can return it if it'll turn out to be flawed, there were problems in t300 series. If you can, it's definitely best choice, especially since you want to replace original (bad) pedals. Manual shifter is cool, but it's still a gimmick. Quality of wheel itself is not a gimmick.

also, t300 ferrari gte looks great, not to mention ferrari alcantara (which you can obtain later)

It sounds like he's got the same problem I had with my DFGT and Windows 10. Every time I plugged it in Windows would try to download new drivers, even if I already had them installed, except it would download the wrong ones. You need to disable the option to automatically install drivers when you plug a device in, it's deep in a settings menu somewhere.

You can use a cracked copy to race on all tracks and all cars on pereulok servers.

Love all that shit, it's one of the better packs. Lambo is surprisingly agile and fun, F1 is intense on the limit, Maserati 250f is good shit if you have a wheel, MC GT4 is pure pleasure.
The FXX K handles differently than I expected but that's probably because it's going way faster than what I'm used to for the gear it's in.
The Praga R1 is awesome especially when running rear brake bias and low aero.

I love it. I would love if it would turn into a rally game with long stages and online rallys like in Dirt Rally. With all these shitboxes the game currently has, it could almost become something like a spiritual sucessor to rally2k.
