who are millennials

It'll buff out

but thats a reasonable price

I'm from elpaso and no, that's just a dumb mexican.

That's not bad.
Try living in the Tampa bay area.
That price might get a shell here

Fender, hood, passenger side light cover (literally a sheet of thin metal) are all easily found in junkyards. The front bumper can be replaced with an aftermarket one since the OEM plastic one sucks dick.

Altogether, about $500 in metal and a ton of cable ties.

oh shit nigger lets meet up
needs clutch and top also, as well as whatever the seller has declined to list

>needs clutch
>that's not bad, a good chance to check everything else out
>needs top
[ABORT MISSION]

Thats a decent price tho, especially cause the lowest I've seen a miata near me was like 3300

>kbb 3600
What is he smoking?

Yes. By rounding up the entire American population and gassing them.

>$40 for turn signal lenses
>OEM clutch kit - $250
>Buy missing fender for $100
>Replace hood for $150 or don't spend any money and just try to fix that pleb level of damage yourself
>Get entire headlight assembly for like $50
>Everything else looks fine from what I can tell
WOW THIS CAR IS BEYOND SAVING
>$250 for Robbins Streamline top without rain rail, $300 with
wew lad, RIP

But yeah he is asking more than it's worth but that's why you level up your speechcraft and l2haggle.
>Well it's a gutless 1.6 engine with weak af open diff and it's going to cost about $600+ to fix, so I'll give you 'bout tree-fiddy take it or leave it

No, both generations have a huge sense of entitlement that is undeserved.

So the "i know what I got" Mentality will be here for a good long while.

>thinking it's millenials and boomers and not """car guys"""
Every idiot wants mint auction value for their clapped out rusted shell.

fuckin Generation X gtfo

Have you seen boomers? They still manage to be worse, at least these people aren't selling it at 3 times the value

I KNOW WHAT I GOT, RARE CAR, PAY ME MONEY

>all those add on's that don't do shit for power.
>wants extra for them.

are you high? miatas are dirt cheap here

Tell me about it
My friend just bought a rust automatic 240sx for like $1800.

At least the odometer is low for that age. Id expect worse from a boomer on that part.

Ive only seen 240 sx's for >20k throughout most of nc in just as shit of a state.

>My friend just bought a rust automatic 240sx for like $1800.

that's an excellent deal almost anywhere

This might be the cleanest miata I've ever seen, and Im guessing he's kept all the service records and receipts for the mods
Doesn't seem like too bad a price desu, especially if you can talk him down a little.

Wanna buy mine for $12k?
I've wasted $20k on it & all it has to show is a jdm tyte body kit & a sr20

>tfw 1 month ago saw a mint looking 240 sx on craigslist for $1400 that the guy said he was selling because the person who owned it passed away

I probably would have bought it if I had any room for more cars

why do fucking retards put the kelly blue book value in their ads? if anyone is interested in it they can just look it up themselves.

Me circa 2005 with my $1800 5spd coupe

That really looks nice.

>[hoonigan] sticker
Is there any more surefire way of spotting a total faggot?

Anyone younger than you that you dislike.

Have you ever installed a new soft top?

Shit takes ages. A lot different than wrenching

I am almost 90% certain that OP is a Millennial.

but the kelly bluebook value dude!
>Is a really nice project needs just clutch and body works

>takes ages
Yeah, it does if you don't know what you're doing. When my dad replaced his the first time, I think it took him maybe 10 hours or something like that. He did it a few more times on other Miatas over the years - and when it came time to finally replace mine, we got it done in six hours. Probably could've been a couple hours faster if he did more than just instruct me through most of it. That said, I'd much rather replace the soft top than change the timing belt or clutch. It's pretty comfy once you have the frame off the car, provided you have a comfy cool place to sit on ass while you work.
