If you had $40,000 (USD), what car would you buy as a daily driver?

Water injection, huge aluminum FMI, huge aluminum radiator, heat wrap everything, single turbo conversion to get rid of the rats nest

1970s nova ss

8 Chevy Silverados. One for every day of the week.

Honestly that's too much money for my dream...

>1991 Geo tracker
>ls1 engine swap
>90s pattern body wrap like pic related
>lift kit+body lift
>33" mudders
>white rims
>chrome rollcage with chrome KC hilites
>chrome blower
>upgraded sound system with subwoofer built into rear spare tire

Even in showroom condition this wouldn't top 20k. I don't know what kind of stupid shit ID get if I had 40 grand to blow.

>inb4 dealer markup

Volvo Amazon, strip the entire car down, fix up any imperfections in the body, get it galvanized because rust prevention, get it resprayed and drop a T5 engine in, then get hektik.

HPA tuned R32 Golf

Id buy 2 pounds of weed, a dope gaming pc and some manga and games. Maybe a real doll too

An 89' Land Cruiser.

I'd put in some stupidly large petrol V8 and twin-turbo it because reasons. Aesthetics wise I just want big fucking bullbar and leather interior. I'd keep it at pic-related's height, no lift.

10k on a used Corolla
11k on an Indian Scout
3k on a used dirt bike
3-4k on a nighthawk
Another 6-10k on a sport bike TBD

Will the scout be grey?

I have one like that in mint condition, with an upgraded intercooler (from 2000's S4 models) GIK 350 KIT, Garrett 2876 470hk turbo and bilstein b12-pro suspension kit and new brakes all around

Factory red sedan 95 mod :) i love it, wouldnt trade her away for anything

What's traumatised you on the road that you want to drive that daily?
Or do you live out in the sticks?

Wow you'd be getting ripped off hard there m8.
Shouldn't cost you more than 10 grand

Chevy Bolt and a good 240v wall mounted charger.

It honestly sounds like a basically perfect daily to me. Fast, comfy, AWD grip for during winter, galvanized body for rust prevention, tons of room to haul anything you could ever need, and inconspicuous so it won't attract unwanted attention.
Also Group B heritage with that engine.

you could get two of them and make the other one wrapped in that white blue and purple pattern you sae on paper cups

Indeed, the 5 cyl sound is my favorite of all cars, and the quattro system really helps here on the snowy roadsof norway.

So yes, its a wonderful daily in all situations, even has a detachable towing hook :) Though, you'd be surprised how much bigger the other A6 models are compared to it. I Also have an A6 C5 1.8t that i use for a "work car" and compared to the S6 its huge.

Civic with $37,000 worth of mods.

Nissan Versa.
It's a D.D.
You're not gonna go track, or illegal drag racing in a D.D. are you?
