That's actually a really nice S13 though, the only problem is really the paint and it is probably like that to fix any dents.
Interior is all there, engine has pretty low mileage, it's got some okay suspension mods and stuff.

I don't know anything about that particular brand so I couldn't tell you how fair $1300 is, but it looks fun to drive.

My only gripe is that it's only got a 1.0L 3cyl so probably isn't the best commuter for freeway, but otherwise I agree. FF 5spd featherweight cars are always fun. It's like a civic for people who hate civics.
