should I buy carb kit for 3-4 HP gain for 70 bucks and new plastics for 220 bucks or just don't give a fuck about the plastics, buy a handguards for 40 bucks and a new manifold for the TT?
or buy the carb kit, the front shock of the TT600E because it is lower and buy a new rear shock from Wilbers? rear shock would have to be replaced anyways.
Jace Wood
Triumph Thunderbird 900 for £2950
Worth it?
It has 10,000 miles
Michael Wilson
you little shit are restricted to 48 hp anyways
Angel Jenkins
and that's a problem how? :^)
Nathaniel Young
i thought the TT had 48 hp stock anyways
Nathaniel Evans

Angel Morgan
>watching >not racing in it Git gud
Thomas Sanders
the police/insurance after you inevitably fold yourself around a tree trying to make ebin footy for the dbt that no one will watch anyways, and then you're pretty much fucked
Evan Rodriguez
Isn't there someone on here with one of those that has literally never worked?
Cameron Reed
90s design is fucking based
All these squinty headlights out nowadays suck
Christopher Ramirez
>the police/insurance after you inevitably fold yourself around a tree that's not how it works m8
Jonathan Lee
Watching it live doesn't change the outcome. When you're watching it """live""" it's not even live, it's delayed several seconds. Can't make webms from a live stream. Live stream requires a good internet connection and is susceptible to interference. TV requires a receiver which I don't have, plus (depending on channel) a subscription.
Charles Hughes
>someone on /dbt/ >not being able to make their bike work and refusing to take it to the shop Sounds legit
Brayden Barnes
yes it is, they often do that with retarded kids that crash their bikes, when they have a suspicion you might have modified it they will absolutely take the bike apart and look if you modded it somehow. and then, in case you are still alive, you're fucked both ways, or your family that will have to pay for damages you inflicted on your little glorified scooter
Hudson Moore
>Can't make webms from a live stream Yes you can. There's a web service that automatically makes webms from Twitch streams if the chat erupts, so it can be done.
Lincoln Flores
Is 45000 km/ 28000 miles on a Yamaha SR 125 too much? Need a reliable commuter
Xavier Rodriguez
I have sauce for HD stream of all motogp/2/3
Kayden Foster
well then you can basically get fucked
Oliver Scott
>Black Diamond da fuck is that
Aiden Clark
why should they have to pay for the damage that has been done to the bike? and it would burst into flames anyways if I should crash that hard, because literally all the fuel will spill
Nicholas Martin
it all depends on how it was treated and maintained. i'd rather have a bike with 45000 kms that has been serviced well, than a bike with 20000 kms that was neglected
Grayson Wright
> proprietary full botnet streaming platform > giving up all control over the webm creation > social media cancer Try again.
REEEE why did the KAT guy have to be stupid and host servers in fucking GERMONEY so they had an excuse to seize his shit?
Connor Edwards
there are other people in traffic besides you you egoistical cunt

I CHANGED IT THIS SUMMER GODDAMMIT
It's gotta be a short or a parasitic load or alternator. Healthy bike don't just chew through batteries at this pace.

Going to be replacing the aging fuel lines in my bikes this weekend. What's your favorite brand of fuel line and hose clamps? Just want some basic black fuel line

Joseph Parker
My dad keeps telling me to buy a Ducati monster
Are they good?
Fucking expensive
Parker Jones
They're not any better than any other bikes.
They're just fucking expensive.
Robert Gray
they look good. not the newest ones though other than that they're ducatis
Carter Gutierrez
I can get a 796 for about £3500
Do they hold value well?
Hudson Murphy
The new ones are not so unreliable, but are a bitch to service The old ones are a blast, but will burst into flames Get an SV or specify what you'd like
Xavier Martinez
why are bikes so bikey, bikey bois?
Eli Sullivan
Dude needs to get off the bike.
Michael Murphy
>Do they hold value well? yes
Joseph Hall
>SV
lmao
Asher Garcia
Miles? It probably means the big expensive service is right about to be due T. bloke who lives in ducatiland If the motor is fucked it doesn't deserve 800quid
Brody Brooks
Anyone here own as SV650S? Any good phone holders out there for the bike for GPS use?
James Gomez
They're italian and cost italian prices for everything. They're signalling devices.
Get an SV if you're considering a monster. It's an all-around better machine.
Evan Smith
Also where i live they're considered grill/fag bikes
Alexander Harris
SV's look like boring shit though
Adrian Wood
You again. Tell your dad to fuck off and mind his own business when he knows shit about bikes.
Jeremiah Walker
Literally first time I've posted in a year
Grayson Wilson
I'm about to buy my first bike but am limited to sub 350cc
I can get a really good deal on both the Yamaha R3 or a 2014 Ninja 300 ABS edition today.
I much prefer the styling of the R3 over the ninja, but the R3 doesn't have a slipper clutch.
They both have ABS
wat do
Anthony Martin
Oh, I don't ride to attract other dudes.
Justin Young
wr 125
Nolan Rogers
>slipper clutch on 300
Lol senpai that won't really matter. Can you test ride?
Otherwise get the one you like the most (I'm biased towards the R3)
Ryan Taylor
R3 does not have ABS.
Get the Ninja. Better gas milage and better range.
Parker Kelly
There's a guy who said he wants to buy a bike and his dad told him to get a Ducati but he knows nothing about bikes. He posted in the last threads.
Henry James
Well that's not me
Alexander Sanders
Yeah, going to test ride both in a few hours. I really do like the R3 more, but am kind of wary of the back wheel locking up if I don't rev match properly. It has ABS outside the US
Nathan Powell
They are : >beautiful >fun >unreliable ( better than before but still) >doesn't sound good >gets hot >expensive
If you are rich and want a sexy bike, go for it.
Nathan Brooks
They don't sound good?
That's a deal breaker for me
Eli Taylor
had a monster until it got totaled (lady crashed into me)
ended up getting a dual sport afterwards. its cool and all but i miss my monster every single day srs.
Kayden Campbell
>I'm about to buy my first bike but am limited to sub 350cc
Where is this a thing?
>wat do
Buy a bike that isn't shit. If you have to get something sub 350cc just get a 250cc trail bike, have some fun, learn to ride on the road and dirt, don't stress about dropping it etc if you're dead set on smashing plastic get an old 250 Ninja.
Elijah Sanchez
Oh, didn't know that. Lucky. I wanted the R3 but the ABS on the Ninja made my insurance cheaper.
Slipper Clutch is nice. I mean, I still did manage to lock up the rear wheel once or twice back in my noob days so it isn't a cure-all.
I think the bigger plus on the Ninja is the added fuel capacity. You get an extra seventy-ish miles per tank if you're riding "Eco".
But it's negligible. Get whichever is cheaper or whichever you like the look of better. It's your first bike, you'll adapt no matter what.
David Anderson
most bikes don't have a slipper clutch.
they sound super good. newer ones are liquid cooled so don't get too hot.
Dylan Bell
Because that is a couple of thousand over my budget. They are going for 8k+ where I am, where as I can get the ninja and the r3 for $4500 AUD
John Watson
the only bike i can reliable lock the rear on is the shivvy and that has retarded v2 compression a 300 p-twin will just jutter
Adrian Gomez
>back wheel locking up if I don't rev match properly
You would have to try outstandingly hard to make that happen on a 300, as in dropping two gears, near redline, in the wet. Which is something you should never do unless you want to destroy your bike.
Hell I don't think I ever made that happen on big bikes even.
ABS discussions are beating a deadhorse. Some people like it. Some dislike it. As an advanced rider I feel it gets in my way. As a beginner it can be nice to have, but it isn't really something necessary.
Ian Ortiz
What difference does a slipper clutch make anyway? Would you even feel it?
Parker Hall
depends what your taste is, it's alright with aftermarket exhausts ( Termignoni etc..)
Lucas Green
Thanks man. The bigger fuel tank does sound rather nice.
Tyler Clark
guys. i recently got a DR650 and rode on some dirt roads. seat is uncomfortable as fuuuck so i tried changing around my posture by bending my lower back. now two weeks later my back still hurts. i think i fucked it up with all the bumps and what not.
>how do i transition from street to offroad?
Jason Hernandez
you stand up, you dunce
Ian Barnes
The seat shouldn't be uncomfortable because you shouldn't be sitting when it's bumpy. Stand up dude
Anthony Ortiz
>$4500
The fuck are you talking about? You can get a clean low k's DRZ400E for less than that here in Aus, you can sure as fuck get a 250cc trail bike for less.
Also what's all this bullshit about sub 350cc? LAMS is 650cc
There's literally no reason to be looking at R3's and 300 Ninjas in Aus.
Oliver Martinez
I give up on this place.
Jonathan Bennett
I got a much cheaper insurance quote for 350cc and less. I'm in uni and shit is expensive enough as it is.
I'll take a look at the DRZ though, thanks for the tip.
Kevin Martinez
have you tried lying to the probably online form you used to check that? where i live power decides and dirtbikes have lower rates due to less general hooning
Nolan Ward
But you do end up looking like a bogan. So that's a trade off. Get the R3 in blue.
Tyler Hughes
If cost is an issue i'd seriously be looking at bikes like...
If your insurance company won't slug you a whole lot more for a DRZ400E, go that way.
They'll hold their value better, be cheaper to repair and maintain and are a whole lot more fun and comfortable to commute on.

It's not the best for advice unless you like getting ignored or obnoxious answers. Try a real forum. This place is just for showboating, tripfags, and samefaggoting.

clear as mud but we already told you in case it wasn't clear STAND UP ON YOUR GODDAMN PEGS
Julian Perez
Put a stiffer rear spring, then search out for an adjustable front suspension.
And stand up on the slower bumps.
Luis Morales
We did that with my DR 350 compared it's performance to a newer 650
Isaiah Baker
Yo impact do you tend to ride on the highway with your dr350? How does it handle high speeds?
Jayden Ramirez
And stay away please
David James
>compared it's performance to a newer 650 But the DR650 is super undersprung from the factory
