Polished seems like a stretch. Simplistic seems more apt. Little animations were kind of neat though.

Some professionals can write more than that and have it be good. Many professionals can't, even fulltime writers. There are techniques that can be used to speed up one's writing, of course.

Yes, of course anyone can shit out 3k a day if they don't give a damn about what hits the page. On my best days I've even done 3k of satisfactory writing. But every single day, consistently? If you know the techniques to achieve that, I think quite a few folks here would love to hear them.

I can't guarantee consistent and reliable, but there is advice out there (largely having to do with writing super-quick outlines and goals for scenes before actually writing them) which can definitely get most people moving a little faster.

I've got outlines running pretty deep here, so my problem's likely something else then. Even knowing exactly what needs to happen in a scene, getting the words together satisfactorily takes much longer than I know it should.

there's no trick. the better you get at writing, the easier it is to understand a scene and write it faster.

I applied as a writer on Ace Academy, and part of the application was basically a writing prompt, "One of the scenes involves these two characters in this scenario, please write conversations involving these characters so that we can be sure that you understand their 'voice' and can match the style of what we want in our game." I don't know if they actually used my submissions but it wouldn't surprise me.

Considering negligee has a character that uses memes I'm honestly curious what the writing is like in that one.
