the inflated hp isn't that much of an issue, but the fact that you can go from 100-0 almost instantly at 40vig while embered is rough

I do the poop thing after someone uses a miracle to heal themselves. It's the DS2 BoB arena all over again, can't use estus better run for a mile and use great heal. Shitty thing is in the team fights they get away with it too because you don't wanna leave your mates to go chase some shitter down.

what if in dark souls 4 we had guild vs guild 40 vs 40 man battles

or golem wars where its pvp + the team that beats the enemies team golem wins

Actually on second thought, my other complaint is that once you get to phase 3 you should always start at phase 3.

but there's no ember in the arena, if they leave can't you just 2v1 a guy and instantly kill him because he'll have at max 1200hp?

The problem is not the number of stages, is that they are all the same but with some extra gimmick.
