I live in a HOA. It is impossible to drive a stance or lowrider there. The past and current HOA councils had not and will not change things either. Like all other HOA that have essentially zero successful crime (and there are quite a few in my area), all legal methods of discouraging riffraff to visit or live there are utilized.
