I had a small rant about it in the last thread. It honestly does pretty average damage for an ult, and again, costs 400 ki. It also has a fairly slow startup with NO SUPER ARMOR.
It makes up for this by hitting an absolutely massive area around you, making it damn near impossible to dodge.

The ult is just too good. It has damage comparable to Final Flash, you can control where your CaC teleports to, and when you do, all enemies' lock-on is forcibly removed from you, so it's a great move to escape the aggro of particularly savage AI, like that of Final Form Cooler. Also it makes for good screenshots.

honestly I just dislike the proportions available on male CaC's. if I could make properly lithe guys that weren't frosted I would be more inclined but even the slimmest guy has turbo broad shoulders, and male majins are only good for joke characters

My XV1 hero is an alien-hating ginger with an inferiority complex, so no.

You disappear for a few seconds when you activate it, and you have some control over where you will go. When you reappear, you fire almost immediately. I use it as a back up ult that I can use as an escape move against the AI when they charge their ult, especially kamehamehas.

Honestly namekians seem to be the average at everything race. Just play it how you want.

When your CaC disappears with Elegant Blaster, you can freely move your character to an area, rather than appear right behind or in front of an opponent, and opening yourself up to a stamina break. It has a better track record of doing so against AI opponents than actual players, so you still have to play smart using it, but it does allow for a decent amount of breathing room.
