Most of this games highest game mechanics follow under two things.
Atmosphere and falling down.

Weapons can make you fall down.
Zas makes you fall down.
Disarms makes you fall down.
Enough damage makes you fall down.
Even weird shit of the floor makes you fall down occasionally.

Of course it would be kind of overpowered to have an item that makes you not fall down effectively shitting on almost every trait game mechanic used in standard or combat use.

Aside from the consequence which seems quite minimal in comparison to other punishments in this game creatine doesn't go far enough in terms of "WELCOME TO DIE".

you can do it on a roller bed if you have the tools, which any paramedic should
