Anyway too much grindy on my taste so standard is better choice for everyone even if you have a lot of time to play. And anyway you can find standard edition for price about 20€ so no reason to buy starter.

Yes, it disables drones if they get within the big red circle that is displayed when you plop it down. They also start suffering visual and audio glitches if they're close to the outskirts of the red circle
