RVs just let you order stuff from them that's themed around them, I think

Only use in new leaf is to invite that villager into your town to live there. The upcoming set with an rv on them will let them visit in an rv.

The update brought this game back from the dead for my mom and I. We've been playing since release and have been running out of space and just getting kinda bored. She's been so happy that she's got her favorite doggo back, she nearly quit when he moved suddenly a year ago.
