There are a shit ton things a person can do to optimize and eliminate any chance of losing waves.

>have 1 scout
>have scout pick up all power when there is < 5 enemies left
>have 1-2 engineers
>create turrets
>strategically place barriers
>dick around with auto sentries on boss waves for easy boss waves (ty lewd)
>best maps, best positions to set up at
>not spending power immediately at start
>not spamming barriers

I'm not that guy but trust me, a vast majority of the Gears community has a very very small shoe size and this would help them. Well, those of them that are literate anyway.

What about a scout, an engineer and 3 heavies with explosive weapon ammo and damage boosts stacked with heavy turret damage boost. Then you build a shitload of weapon lockers and fill them with salvo launchers. After that you basically pick a defensible area and use your infinite supply of ammo. Taking damage would be a problem so this might only work on normal and maybe hardcore
