yes you are bad, but yes he is worse because he cant go yomuus duskblade anymore, he needs to go essence reaver rapid ie now which makes his early/midgame less strong but makes him scale harder, luckily assassins are worse and supports are better so he doesnt need to rely on himself as much which was one of the strongpoints of all the mobility yomuus duskblade gave him, hes still decently strong since he didnt use fervor like many ads that didnt want warlords and fervor is bad as fuck so there is also that to consider

At the beggining and mid season, Poppy had a normal win ratio and medium-to-low pick rate. By champion tiers, she was considered bottom of the barrel (by tiers I mean the ones that consider diamond and above, and measure win ratios and KDA)

After LCS she's considered top or medium top tier (no pun intended)

Now, I know she didn't get buff because I play her and I'd had noticed, so did something in the game get changed (itemization/masteries/anything?) for the perception of her to change that way? Or is it just the fact that she was played in LCS that she's now considered good?
