Every pair belongs to a certain NPC that your daughter hangs out with, one being the good end, the other being the bad end. Hence the bad end Siusha ends up as a drunk instead of classy lady. The very first one is what happens when you don't let them hang out with anybody.

I forget how they end up as good or bad.

Sader is fun and will always have a spot in parties
Avenger is trash and not that fun, avoid at all costs
Monk is fun but with a very very high skill cap
Phys Exo is just generic big weapon guy with lots of super armor and slow attacks
