IDK, I'd say all three of them have it pretty bad now.

Though Jhin is basically trying to live the high life by traveling the world and doing what he loves before he get himself killed in his planned meetup with Shen and Zed, which will most likely end in his death. But that's what he wants; he knows he's become a monster who can't stop himself and his addictions, so he wants Shen and Zed to do it for him.

Zed may or may not be slowly turning into a literal demon due to his shadow curse. On top of that, being outcasted by Ionian society for having different views and a more honest approach to military tactics has probably taken it's toll. He wants to fight for justice, but is forced to do so under corrupt ways. He's a hero who had to undertake the role of a villain.

Shen has to deal with the guilt for failing his adopted brother and letting down his father with the destroyed Kinkou order. Not to mention the fact that he's currently living under a rapidly-changing Ionia which will most likely abandon its traditional ways of balance within his lifetime. He must feel like such a failure.

All three of them have pretty tragic lives, desu.
