Her launcher seriously needs more splash though, as is she's essentially a hitscan class with a projectile weapon. If you don't hit your target dead-on she does like 10 fucking damage and that's not even hyperbole.

Tracer would be able to run up and deal 200 damage bursts on people with and Roadhog wouldn't be able to insta-kill people after landing a hook and shooting Tracer's little pee-shooters.
Almost as if Tracer would actually be offensive and Roadhog is actually a utility-tank
