To play devils advocate here: I had a neighbor(moved out now) that would fix peoples cars and it was the most fucking annoying shit. Nearly every single day it sounded like a fucking auto garage and I just want to come home to peace after a days work. I pay taxes in this area higher than other areas because it's supposed to be a "quiet residential zone" and this asshole was hammering and wrenching deep into the night. So glad when he was told to stop or gtfo.
