We got our baseline crit nerfed. Pyretic Incantation got nerfed by more than half, and thats a CORE mechanic. Fire blast got nerfed.
Basically, the entire concept of the spec got shit on. All the changes did is make crit more important, not less.
TL;DR you don't know how a fire mage operates, and why the spec got messed with even more than it was already. EVERYONE is going arcane.

So they buffed the shitty talents that no one ever uses and didn't fix the problems with the class itself. That starfall reduction cost should have been made standard instead of in a talent. At least the stellar flare buff looks decent especially if you have Oneth's Intuition.

Choosing SOTF instead of Incarnation is a tough choice in mythics+. Trash packs or bosses. Choice depends on dungeon I guess. Stellar Drift might be better now for those with Oneth's Intuition but I'll wait for the number crunchers. Stellar Flare is in the same case as Stellar Drift. Better with Oneth's Intuition.
The buffs seem really good if you have oneth's intution. For most moonkins, it won't change much. Unless you can change talents mid-dungeon. Fuck, they really have to let us change talents mid-dungeon.
