well, yeah, but huo long fire is there mostly to """counter""" shpees and cow mangler fire is super telegraphed. giving scout fire turns him into a fast pyro, rendering pyro even more useless. plus scout already has the boston basher, pretty much fire you can't airblast off. he's fine without fire
