play pirate warrior and get rank 10 in 20 minutes

That's the entire point. There are hundreds of thousands of games with no RNG at all and yet you choose to play this one. That's on you.

historically, the best decks to have existed have had little to no RNG involved.

Why is it so hard to come up with new rogue, shaman or druid decks

I think Reno decks are going to go back to the Leeroy + Faceless + Power Overwhelming combo, both due to their board clears hitting face to help whittle the opponent down, and that you need to close the game out quickly against Jade decks

Because if it the game was skill based you'd be winning even less.

What did you change for them? I removed a feral spirit and a mana tide totem, but I'm not sure.
