It means that if your dagger has 2.0 attack speed and your mace has 1.5 attack speed you're going to have an effective attack speed of 1.75 with BF.

You should honestly just start with a softcore character until you've learned about all the rippy shit.

honestly game lag and network errors are the worst. there's too many situationally lethal enemies in this game to have a "stockpiled list" of them all. the most obvious would be certain map mods like minus max and reflect.

rolling a no-instant-leech build this time was the biggest mistake i've ever did in last 3.5 years of playing poe

i can just literally see myself standing inside the breech surrounded by 100000 mobs leeching off all of them, meanwhile my real character tries to kite all this shit ( decoy totem going down instantly after being placed ), but gets raped by the fast spreading purple mass of bodies, that also gets invisible and untargetable at the edge.

Nah, it's completely impossible to manage even with 100% pierce. ED turns from a pseudo-AoE clear to "lol just aim this super mobile rare with your slow ass projectile while you're getting gangbanged by suddenly 500 immortal mobs"
