Nothing will live up to that. Maybe it was because I was younger and didn't level up my character right, but sneaking in Oblivion actually seemed more realistic. You had to stay in the shadows and behind those you were trying to evade.

Thieves guild has this Nightingale part and that shit isn't about thievery.
You kill a bunch of vampires on dawnguard initially. Rest of it is about hiring people who contribute nothing, chasing after elder scrolls, going to soul-cairn, dealing with Falmer lore etc. Then you get to kill vampires again for a brief time and that's it. Not to mention how the game forces you a vampire companion despite sticking with the hunters.

I don't know who was in charge of guilds in Skyrim but they did a horrible job

You mean the people you had to recruit in order for the dawnguard to even have a chance against the volkihars, who provided weapons and armor, advanced crossbows, armored trolls, trained vampire-hunting huskies, access to sunfire spells and highly advanced restoration and legendary runed dawnguard weapons as well as provide the bulk of the vampire hunting aspects by giving you radiant vampire hunting missions and schematic hunting missions to give you better crossbows?

You should try it out. Drawing requests for people can be pretty fun depending on the character.

just installed my new weapon mod

Been ripping my hair out trying to figure out what was causing npc's eyes to stop tracking the player.
In case anyone else is having this issue, it's from PC Head Tracking by HHaleyy.
Have to use a version prior to 3.5, before he implemented player eye tracking.
For some reason, the moment you go into third person and start head/eye tracking all npcs lose the ability to move their eyes, aside from blinking, they just stare straight ahead into the void.

Did you report it to HHaley or does he already know about it?
