Everyone knows when heal procs early it sucks, but the best part about Heal sets is the effects don't wear off and can't be debuffed by Strange/Thanos. Shield sets last for what, 20 seconds? That's 20 seconds you have to take damage IF it stays up for that long. And from personal experience they never last longer than 5 seconds.

Alright, this is one thing I honestly didn't know so I put it to the test. I went into 8-10 with an 8 ISO set shield set, and timed it. The cooldown for a heal set is 1 minute. The cooldown for a shield set is also 1 minute. You're math is shit.
