She is still an amazing mage who punishes movement cripples and balling teams alike and got an insane talent that allows her to snowball hard in team fights.
The only difference is that you now clear waves with W instead of E.
They even fucking argue Jaina got a better wave clear than Li-Ming. On a 15 sec cooldown. Costing 90 Mana. Which needs Cone of Cold to completely kill the wave.

On the other hand nobody even cares about Samuro being turned into a vegetable, Leoric not getting the promised buff, Zeratul getting buffed yet again, Zagara not getting any love and dmg kharazim getting nerfed the moment it finally becomes viable as an off support.

His default look is perfectly fine and looks like the standard level 1 Necro, aside from the big gauntlets and boots, but whatever.

His Master however, should have been straight from D2 as well. So weird considering they hyped him up in interviews, one of the designers going so far as to say "ANYONE WHO PLAYED D2 IS GONNA LOVE HIM!" yet for his Master it's straight up OC, the one exception being his chestpiece.

New Diablo is fun. Not having fire devil early feels kinda shitty, but he's definitely wayyy better all around. From the shadows at 16 is insane.

The imposing presence seems like it might be great but I haven't tried it. Imposing + the soul ability damage reduction means you can probably just yolo combo into a team of 5 people, misposition a squishy, pop imposing and take zero damage.

Obviously we'll have to see when he goes live, but imo he can solo tank super effectively now. His lategame damage is a little lower, but his early game is much better now. He also has tons more survivability and control. I think you can lock a single target down for something like 5 seconds straight at level 20 (apoc combo + blink).

Go skeleton build on pirate bay, spider map, doom towers

Go scythe build if they have heavy healing or backbone

Always join team fights, be very mindful of your positioning

Only take poison nova when the enemy team has 2 or more high health heroes, then pick the 20 upgrade. Never take it otherwise, it's damage is shit without percentage damage.
