So I'm the retard who put the christmas fairy pet on a BM, should I switch this character to another f.mage class to make better use of it? How much would you say this pet would even be worth if it was tradable?
Only problem if I did switch is that I got the growing rod on her, but that's obviously not a huge deal if I end up not being able to use it

The pet really isn't that great with how easy it is to cap Crit on some characters so its not the end of the world that you put it on the wrong character. The Olympus Pets are better in most cases and you can get those for pretty cheap.

What are some classes that do well in the Seasonal server?

Ones that hit quickly and rapidly.

This, and also you want to avoid any that relies heavily on holds, like grapplers as they do not proc overcounter. Except maybe for DT as she has plenty of low cd attacks that can deal many hits. You also want to avoid classes heavily reliant on cubes as you need to fill up the gauge in order to use them.
Monk is top tier not only because of his really fast basic attacks along with shadow clones but also because of his twisters are also capable of overcountering. If you prefer someone else you have on the top of my head:
>Skirmisher (tons of multihits, specially after 2nd awakening)
>Nen masters (nen guard and explosive doppelganger can proc OC, fast basic attacks)
>Zerk (literally tap X to OC)

Now that I saw a mnen video and I think I can understand why fast multihits are so good.
Mech seems pretty good with G-series overcounters
Monk seems pretty fun after his changes.
I wanted to try Creator too but I'm not sure if she works well on season server, it's hard to find any info about her.

Creator is fine on seasonal, but to do that, you'd have to play creator. So don't.

Sorry, I forgot to ask, are there any attacks that don't trigger overcounters?
I'll still give her a try, the skills look fun and there aren't many classes that I don't have leveled.
Monk might be fun too now that shadow clone doesn't need to be recasted/has no downtime.

Pets don't, or at least Chaos' doesn't and I'm 95% sure Summoner pets don't. Don't think Nicholas does either, but might be wrong on that.

Considering the next set of avatars aren't coming until February I'd say it's worth it.

You missed the Epic Transcendence Stone although it was limited to being only usable on level 60-80 Epic Weapons. You also missed the Raid event which basically give double the Raid Rewards.
