I'm actually climbing steadily but it's way to troublesome and I'm starting to lose interest more and more.
Nobody in voice chat, nobody tries to even remotely pick good heroes, everyone just plays whatever he wants.
Last game I literally hat to cap the first point alone with Ana on Hanamura.
And the worst is, someone complaining in chat (not voice because why bother joining?) about his teammates while plays something useless and contributes absolutely nothing.
