First crucial point about deck making is aim for consistency.
You got way too many single copies, also run triple floral, there's no reason for you to not do so. Take Princess Vanguard, Navy Lieutenant, Mirage defender and Angelic sword maiden out since you're running banner, use more maid leaders, at least 2 copies, they help you with Avant and banners. Other than that is a question of having good cards on your collection to make it go full metagame.

There's the Dirt Runes that just run Pascale, AKA the really shitty ones. Then there's the controlling Dirt Runes with Satan which is better. Then there's PtP Dirt Rune which is honestly good on ladder right now, it shuts down a lot of popular shit. Gets turbo rekt by DShift though.
