No it's an aura. It doesn't say battlecry and it loses the stats when you lose the weapon. Gains them back when you equip a weapon.

It behaves like a Battlecry for crazed alchemist, but not for the actual effect. So it's a bug.

It's just Blizzard having text inconsistencies again don't worry about it. It's a battlecry, it just doesn't SAY it. But you can figure it out from how it works, right?

It's not a battlecry though, if it was it wouldn't alter after the fact of being played.

No, it's not a fucking battlecry. It doesn't behave like one. If it was a battlecry the +2 attack would stay permanently. But it doesn't. He loses it when your weapon breaks and gains it again when you equip a new one. Battecries are a one time activation effect. This one is an ongoing effect. An aura.
But it behave inconsistently only when the stats are swapped. The aura completely stops working.

Miracle is favored vs. reno one way or another.

But Forsen is playing some aggro pirate shit.

Miracle is the only surefire cure for Reno because it's super fun and interactive with its OTK combos.

And the wording is also perfectly consistent, there's a "while" in there which leaves no doubt
