Don't know, but there should be a fest on the horizon at some point. The XIV event that's at the end of the month is the only thing that really stands out as being super good that's coming up soon.
Also if you're just picking up the game again I'd recommend pulling on the Realm Lucky Draw if it's still there.

Why not both? Cecil's not a full breaker and Vaan is inferior to WoL, and Faris is inferior to both Vaan and WoL, and Sazh is inferior to all of them.
