Which hero has the objectively best talent tree and why is it Chen?

It baffles me a bit that in a game which they had already troubles balancing because there are too many interactions and skills to consider, they would add all those talent trees.

No. You don't understand. It might be an imbalanced mess now but in the long run talents actually enable them to balance heroes easier. Talents introduce another way to compensate a hero's weakness and vice versa via tweaking.
