It's exactly the same. Instead of +1 to all stats we get little boosts like +2gpm or +5% mag resist. Even the big 25 talents don't have a noticable impact when everyone is already 5-6 slotted.

Sure the map changed but everyone still lanes the same, except now no one knows how to jungle.

Only real difference is you level faster and quad bounty runes.
