Well, I'm just starting out and won't be playing against anyone decent for a while, my question should have been "can I play with 1 until I get better or should I start out with 3?"

Bamco literally unironically does not give people outside of japan and korea the FR update. Oceania has vanilla cab and wants to upgrade but they are in a ask harada-ask bamco feedback loop.
