Some tips for new players to make things easier. I have seen a lot of people complain and ask why the gear that was working so well in the previous floors is now not doing anything. How everything is massive damage sponge now. Thats because when you reach a new area the armor the enemies are wearing have different stats. What I do is look at the new weapons they are using and try to find a piece of new gear from chests or corpses because thats what the enemies of that area will be wearing.

Look at the stats. Area 2 has enemies wearing military gear. This gear is weak to slash damage but are strong against guns. Thats why your machete was destroying everything. In Area 3 (fantasy carnival) they are strong against slash but weak to blunt making your machete obsolete. You need to upgrade hammers or metal bats. They are using spears, long swords, axes and claws. Wear armor resistant to that. The claws poison you on contact so go to the mushroom magistrate and buy the decal that makes poison heal you. Always upgrade your stuff as much as you can. The stat gains are huge.

The Hater killing enemies in certain areas is still a problem, but if you're confident you know their spawn and can beat the RNG layout, you can pull few of the KILL EVERYTHING quests. All hope isn't all that lost.

In dark souls armour just works. I don't have to look at all their individual stats and compare them so meticulously, I just have a weight limit and wear armour that's close to that so I can still move fast. Likewise enemies don't just start making your weapons useless for no reason and things upgrade as your stats lets you use them and you don'thave to upgrade anything until I know I'm going to be putting a lot of time into it for pvp
I just hope I can get high enough where I can just wear end game gear and not have to put up with this bullshit

No, you didn't, you can't kidnap dev characters, so either someone impersonated a dev or you literally just did the tutorial, neither of which will disconnect you. Servers are shitting themselves is the right answer and yours is Nope.

I'm in a Fight right now, and it's limiting me to only one available raid at a time, most of which don't even have 500 in either tank
If it weren't for the guaranteed 800 SPL/KC you get just from performing a successful raid, I would be losing cash on this. Add in the occasional piece of equipment I lose to degradation, and it's much more of a slog than actually climbing would be

Seems so pointless because if you're keeping your gold low nobody is raiding you anyways and if your gold is high no amount of defenders will stand against the train of raids you'll experience.

As much as I love this game, having a bug in both the elevators that kills your character and a nearly game breaking connection error with TDM that causes a 48 hour or longer lockout is pretty fucking bad.
