I honestly enjoyed the ending to CS1 more than CS2. Shit was way more hype.

CS2 & TiTS spoilers:
The final boss of the extra-ish old schoolhouse dungeon straight up admitting that the whole trial is completely pointless was more than slightly annoying. The nightmare castle was nowhere near as interesting as TitS SC's Liber Ark too, and I saw Crow's death coming so far ahead of time that it didn't really have any impact. Pretty much Loewe's death #2.

On the plus side, the Crossbell segment was pretty neat, and it was a nice touch that they let you return and play out one more a couple school days before the end of the game. Really takes you back to CS1. And I'm definitely interested in seeing where they're gonna go with CS3.

CS2 epilogue dragged on and on and on.
But playing with cute Lloyd and God-Help-Me-Look-At-Dat-Ass was pretty fun. Kicking Rean's ass was really satisfying

On +99, it's not very easy. More like very hard, even with a 2nd person. It takes a lot of practice to get good at +99, and a single person cannot exactly offline/solo at that difficulty.
