There's going to be 10k chinamen logging in simultaneously and temporarily crashing the server every night like before. Rather than limit the amount of players to a reasonable, actual blizzlike number, devs will just leave it open and accommodate the population by reducing object draw distance to 10yd. Entire zones will be locked down by Chinese guilds farming gold for 12 hours to sell to other Chinese guilds so they can farm more gold to sell to other Chinese guilds. If you point any of this out you'll be called a racist and everyone will insist that this is exactly what vanilla was like.
