You need to play games with better get up options like 3D or any 2D game with getup rolls because the oki vortex has always been a strong part of street fighter and some other fighting game series.
You'll never learn as much just playing or just watching. A mixture of the two informs and improves both activities.
Plus, watching LTG cry is a great evening's activity all on its own.

The other is spamming and anyone who knows how to block should be able to beat it. There's no thinking, anticipation, or learning involved. You just keep shooting things in his direction.
