Hunter Gear Save ring if you ever want to seriously play Hunter.

Whirlwind Ring if you ever plan to use Fighter Double Saber seriously.

Tech Parry maxed is fucking amazing if you ever want to do Force stuff.

The XQ2 ring is a must have for Fighter and Gunner. Remember that you don't have to actually clear it on Fighter or Gunner as all the rings are the same.

Dual Blade Snatch ring is pretty nice once you get use to it but I hear the PB Homing ring isn't completely terrible so it is a toss up.

That's all for my experience with rings. I hope someone with a bit more than I can help you more extensively.

XQ2 ring gives you a pathetic amount of damage increase and damage reduction but gives 10% crit rate which is great for those two.

It makes your photon blades home into where you're targeting. Snatch adds a damage component to Photon Blade's dodge/shift directional movement which does decent damage.

Is that right? I kinda forgot it existed but couldn't you just use the XQ2 ring since FI uses it.

adding onto that, the PB homing ring only takes effect when you fire while moving; you can still just spam in place when it suits you.

too bad there are tons of times I will need or like to move while using pbf and thus do the movement shift actions and then it turns it into shit.

I did not really like the ring for that reason.

But the homing doesn't actually make the blades worse in any way.

Try either lighter shades of black or a pink for starters and see how that works.

And the ring compensates for that by boosting your damage when using the homing blades

the small damage increase is not worth the delay before you can shift again during pbf. surely you know this.
