Apparently the Wii U version of Yooka Laylee got cancelled, but it’s still coming out for other consoles, including the Switch. So they’re going to let people who chose the Wii U version switch to any of those consoles free of charge.

But people are throwing fits and calling PlayTonic scammers and hoping the game flops

I was actually hoping for a Switch version.

Oh, and apparently the guy who posted that said Asroc's inspiration is Hansel and Gretel.

i can't help but wonder if the high piracy rates in the early DS years contributed to the fall of the ZX and Star Force. games. I wouldn't have bought them anyhow, because I was middle schooler that only got 1 game a year, but I still didn't actually most of the games I played.

I would say ZX did worse than star force.

Most of the biometals are based on Zero characters, with the main antagonist one being Zero's final boss.
You actually fight old Zero bosses in the first ZX.

You need the Zero 3-4 game cartridge to play against the Zero bosses. It's just an extra, like they did in X8 with Cutman.
Lots of subseries connect to each other that way; In Zero the main focus is Zero, a character from Megaman X and the first antagonist is literally a Not-X.
And yes, meanwhile Model ZX is pretty much Zero, X is also as inspired by the original Megaman.

When you think about how old Lan was in those games, the events that took place were pretty fucked up. I played 2 ages ago and i remember Gospel trying to electrocute or kill a bunch of people with radiation.

In BN3 im pretty sure you assist in arson of a science building and almost kill your dad. They also almost kill a guy who is having surgery performed on him, they also put the cities in martial law and try to fuck with the tanks so they kill civilians.

I cant remember what happens in 4 5 and 6, but i had to go through this shit at 10/11 years old id probably be pretty fucked up. Lan has some balls of steel, man.
