You have to switch up the zones everytime because they alll have like 21-23 25-27 quest hubs so you cant just stay in one. also you forgot hillsbrad, the best zone out of these. and the gy placement in ashenvale/stonetalon is fucking horrid, sometimes you have to walk across the whole map

Heaps of zones, gives you a lot of choice & desu, you don't need to swap an extreme amount of times, especially if you grind to and from each quest and throw in a few dungeons for fun.
At least 20-25 you have more quests than you can handle really. Though I think it's a good think, rather than just being a theme park & linear, you've got choice between a whole bunch of zones with quests for a whole range of levels in each.
I mean who the fuck wants to just sit in the Barrens.....then south Barrens 10/15+ levels? It's great to piss off to Silverpine/Hillsbrad, & Ashenvale.
What zones does Alliance do in that bracket? I can't remember.

Can't remember neither for alliance, but they literally have 4-5 quests in Southshore at the coast. It's like a safezone because no horde comes near there.
Also I'm leveling as fast as possible, that's why I prefer linear, so I don't have to plan in advance. Otherwise yea, switching things up might be fun

Yeah, in vanilla you're supposed to be constantly switching zones. You don't just go clear zone -> next zone -> clear it -> next zone etc. That started with TBC.
