Hunters can be found in Swamp of Sorrows, Feralas, Loch Modan, Stonetalon Mountains, Stranglethorn Vale, Thousand Needles, and Winterspring.
Paladins in Dustwallow Marsh
Shamans in Swamp of Sorrows
Warlocks in the Swamp of Sorrows and Blasted Lands
Warriors in Swamp of Sorrows and Feralas.

I don't believe mages or priests can be trained outside of cities.
