How could they change these to help B.E.S in modern times?

Assault Core recycles a BES from the graveyard and lets you draw 1 on destruction to fuel boss rush and maintain that ebin empty advantage.
Shield Recovery can banish itself and 1 BES in the graveyard (except during the turn it was sent there maybe?) to special summon another BES from the Deck/Hand

So if you wanna build B.E.S now, Starlight Road is pretty much mandatory maxed out, innit? Or at least at 2.
