Well, I think one decently built HBP can fight it, but it really depends on what the RX-78 is armed with. If it's got the beam rifle, then that HBP just needs to focus TE with just enough KE to resist the read machine guns. If it's got the bazooka, Actually, none of that matters because of Newtype hax.

I hope so too. Despite the lag, I loved their work on the portable AC games. And I'll be honest, I'm warming up to the idea of having giant robots on the go. I'm imagining Xenoblade X on the Switch (hoping it's a good console, fingers crossed) and Earth Defense Force in some portable form.
But until then, emulation of the first three ACs, and the portable games will do.
