There will be a vendor where you can purchase one artefact research level for 1500 ressources each up until a maximum of 15.

As far as I know you don't even need a character with more than 15 research.

It's not like you're going to get 2 legendaries immediately why would you include that.

But you are going to have to use your artifact weapon. and wait FOREVER for the AK because even if they let you buy up to 15 you're still going to be stuck on like 2 gold traits while everyone else has their 35th already.
