No, 1.5 is the missing pieces, the thing we overlooked along the way in FGO1. There's some important thing we neglected and now we gotta go back one more time and solve it.

FGO2 is what comes after the age of gods, what comes next for humanity.

2. Part 2 deals with Chaldea protecting Solomon's will - the Age of Men. And something they do or don't do will put it in danger again. They couldn't explain the details (probably because Nasu didn't tell them or because they have no idea).

When the trailer speaks of Solomon's legacy is talking about the Age of Men and Reason. It's a theme. Probably whoever subbed it didn't get the context.

It is when you're a Caster and already have 0.9 damage modifier.

Kuro is insane, with her skill and Tamamo buff she can get recharge her NP with a crit in one turn.

10% debuff, on casters who only deal 90% damage, on a particular caster who doesn't get the 10% bonus to arts that literally every other caster gets.

The age of men is Solomon's legacy. The trailer wasn't speaking of Solomon leaving 'clues' or pointers, it's now Chaldea is gonna protect his beloved will. Literally, all he wanted was for men to leave divine will behind and advance on the age of reason. Part 1 made a huge deal about this. It's a theme continued.
