But he doesn't have the no skyfall match gimmick. Kaioh will clear floors faster. The only bad part is he doesn't have a double killer tsubaki or prongs of his own.

have you ever seen hinokagutsuchi as a leader, he does the equivalent of a 5 red match after the regular attack animation

For Kagu, the second attack only happens if there are enemies still alive after everyone on your team has attacked. If the entire floor is already dead, it doesn't activate.

Admittedly I've never used kagu, but I figured this was the same as Aoshi from the kenshin collab. He only has 1 extra mass attack animation at the end of matching and only if you didn't already sweep the floor like said.

So really this seems to come down to the fact that ult shivadra has a slightly higher multiplier (probably negligible), and that shivadra has 3 prongs and kaioh has none. Assuming you can get enough damage out of your subs on kaioh to make up for him doing fuck all for damage, it does seem like you could get faster clear times with less RNG than shivadra. And of course, if GH throws in a resolve to a future cup shivadra is basically fucked against kaioh teams.

Yes, it one-shots them. GH doesn't like to give the "damage after a match" gimmick out to anything with a good (or "good enough") LS for that reason though.

What I'm more concerned about is if the extra attack will trigger the 5k point penalty, but I guess it isn't from an active skill.

He can be made slightly better if you pair with Rukia, but you would never do that unless your plan from the start was to deal with resolve using Aoshi's LS. He really drags the damage down to no damage tier.

I think starting with a very powerful farming monster is actually a pretty good strategy because you will need to farm a lot as a new player.

rew rowdin... lost his hp multiplier.. granted hes like aizen now in terms of strength. but his unbindablity. Right now hes a better sub and not an unbinder currently now anyway. So I can get over losing the unbindablity, but the hp multiplier... I dunno leaves a bit of a bad taste. I will still probably make it, but bleh. Guess cant have everything, but I would taken an hp multipler istead of the extra attack n more stats n what not keep the same.

You're pretty early in the game, so I wouldn't sweat teambuilding too much.

Right now, stick with Ronia. Instead of Sarasvati, I really recommend working toward I&I instead. She doesn't hit as hard but has much more bulk.

You can try a TPA I&I team with this setup:

you should still save up stones, roll in the next godfest and pray for something better, because none of your current leads have the ability of taking you very far in later descends

The new ROdin is much closer to Shivadra, but he has that dumb 6+ connected red orb restriction. You could pair both of them together to get HP and RCV multipliers, but it wouldn't be a good team.

I don't claim to be all knowing pro or anything, but ummm u said aizen after 1 cross with 5 orbs and u just said rodins regular multiplier. I think a row wit like 20 row enchances will catch u back up a bit... and 1 row is just 1 more orb then a cross so...even though the point of the post is to shit on him a lil, I think maybe too much shitting. Hes still very good for damage but perhaps like u said, this was a lateral move and didn't really escalate him in terms of being able to clear much content.

You also have to keep in mind that Aizen can reach 36x without any restrictions (even if he isn't dark himself) and he can stack crosses, so he has more damage control and can burst harder overall with fewer orbs. ROdin also lacks an orbchanging active, which is crucial for row teams, and his active CD is too long for SI.

It's sad, I hate that faggot too. ROdin has much cooler art.
