So. What does Veeky Forums think about this?

So. What does Veeky Forums think about this?

Seems to me they try way to hard on the designfront.

looks like every other modern sporty luxury sedan to me

>eems to me they try way to hard on the designfront.
They didn't try at all, just took a 4 series Gran Coupe and slapped their own front grille and Maserati GranTurismo/FD RX7 taillights on it.

Audi
Hyundai
BMW

is all I see with some small changes to make it true OC due not steal

Looks like one of those fake mishmash cars in GTA-style games

Looks like a Mazda 3.

looks great, maybe not as good as the Alfa Romeo Giulia but...
Only one problem, its a KIA

Looks like a generic soap bar with red tomato paint.

The interior has elements copied from Mercedes and Mazda.

sidewalls are too small, make the car look bulky
still, not a bad effort for korea

I don't think it's as bad as all the other slack jawed faggots ITT, but then again I don't irrationally hate a country and am interested in progress through competition

Interior: copy/pasta of Mercedes with a hint of korean autism.

Exterior: Funny enough if you stretched the back out it would exactly look like an Audi.

Overall: Korea quality with german influence...

no

This

looks like a mazda, jaguar and mustang melted together.

It looks like one of those generic, public domain car designs that you'd see in an insurance ad

...

...

>4 series Gran Coupe

Literally looks nothing like it

>everyone claims it looks like different things, Some posters saying looks audi, others saying it looks like a bmw, others saying it looks like a Merc.

Clearly its unique unless all those vehicles look like each other.

Even if it's faster than my car I'd probably be too busy laughing as it's passing by me to respect it

It looks like someone tried to mate an Audi and a BMW.
Somehow the kid took the worst from both parents.

Compared both side profiles, also it has that vent behind the front wheel.

No manual = instant deal breaker

>Sporty

gook car with gook parts

sage

>Seems to me they try way to hard on the designfront

Why? Because it actually looks good?

Sure the design isnt as original as something like the Veloster turbo but there's literally nothing wrong with it.

I can't wait to see what tuners do with this thing. It looks like a beast.

Nice

I would consider to buy one, if the building and material quality is par with germans.

RWD 3.3 V6 TwinTurbo... nice..

>This

I used to be a firm believer in automatics until I was lent one. What a terrible transmission choice...

>Coupe
What did they mean by this?

Pretty sure I read somewhere that the next model will have dct option

Vent doesn't look like it belongs. Rear bumper looks like it was taken from another car. Exhaust tips aren't likely even connected. Headlights try to hard, like fake jewelry with oversized plastic diamonds.

The whole thing just looks slapped together from various other cars parts which polled well in study groups.

I'm buying it in 2 years

Oh wow another automatic how nice

>It looks like an Audi!

Maybe its because Kias head of design is the ex-design head of Audi you mongoloids

It's a Kia. It'll drive like a Kia and it'll depreciate like a Kia just like the K900 before it.

Got your back senpai

I don't have an opinion. I will NEVER buy a Korean vehicle.

I fucking hate those droopy tail lights.

Audi
Merc
BMW
Toyota
Volvo
Kia
Alfa

Try again

>Volvo

>It'll drive like a Kia.
Has there been a RWD Kia prior to this? Genuinely curious.

>It'll depreciate like a Kia.
Seems like a positive given the above. If the normies hate it enough to not buy it then we potentially got ourselves another VW Phaeton on our hands.

Japan is slowly losing the ability to design a car that doesn't look painfully "generic." This Kia looks better than most things coming from the Japs that isn't a full out sports car.

That said, Korea has LOOOONG way to go before I'd drop money on one of them. I admit to a certain level of bias, however, as I have an irrational distrust of the brand.

Even the Kia optima's duel exhaust is connected.

>Drive like a Kia
>first Kia with the former head of bmw M Group as the lead for performance and Dynamics.

Yup im sure it will drive like every Kia rather then more like a BMW.

>3.3-liter twin-turbocharged V6

Not quite breh its not a Volvo but the new Opel Insignia/ Holden Commodore.

I'm still impresses tho

Isn't the head Kia designer a ex. Audi or Merc designer also?

Put a Camry in a line of performance cars. Yeah, makes sense.

>Has there been a RWD Kia prior to this? Genuinely curious.
The K900, I think.

>Opel Insignia
>performance car

the fake vents and scoops can suck my dick but otherwise it's average as fuck

better than the new camry tho

I really hate how everyone is raking the roof to fuck, making back seats worthless for adults, and wagons useless as wagons. Modern car design is shit.

BUT SPORTY COUPE ROOFLINES

...

FUCK SPORTY I WANT BOXY BRING THE 850 BACK YOU FUCKING SHIIIIIIIIIIITSSSSS

Damn a7 already looks outdated to me

It was always bad. The sagging butt looks like shit.

I think it's the oldest design in their lineup at this point. Either that or the A8.

Dafuq is this?
