Azazel is worthless against Seraph because turn 8 is the Seraph turn. It's dangerous against CSword because their combos are as deadly as yours. It's alright against Dirt but you should just concede those anyways because nobody likes playing against dirt.

tl;dr just use Odin(s).

The secret against shit like blood aggro is to just keep killing his followers and heal until about turn 7 when they start to run out of steam.
If you are control blood and survives to turn 9 they are pretty much 100% fucked because then the Temptess vampires start falling in completely undoing all their work.

There are so many variations of Haven decks that all seem generally very strong and I have yet to make a deck for it

It's a good card. I personally don't play it in Storm since I'm usually more interested in maintaining field presence on turn 4 or at the very least setting up amulets for a turn 6 Garuda or Valhallan dude.

I wouldn't fault anyone for playing it considering Elana is going to shit all over the board on the next turn. I'd say you should try it out if you have room in the deck. Believe it or not, Storm Haven only has a few staples, and the rest are usually tech cards depending on how you like to play or what you're facing the most of in ladder.

Playing against Shadow is a free win but it's not fun in the slightest.

This is what I run, I don't think it's the best but it works and it's pretty cheap

You play the PTP version like a normal human being.

Storm Haven is my personal favorite since it ends duels the fastest and it's more fun being proactive instead of defensive and reactive. But it's shit this meta, and I would not recommend it.

That being said, I think Pure Seraph is the way to go in the current meta. You can outheal and stall out aggro decks while also going toe-to-toe against control decks if you can manage to get Seraph out first. Also, Bahamut is a nice alternate win condition sometimes.

haven is very fun despite all the shit svg talk about

the most succesfull in meta right now is pure seraph. there are variation that focuses on ward or healing but the healing one works best imo, both use lots of removal. there is also an experimental one with hares and eidolon
